Located on Norfolk's downtown waterfront, the new Executive Director will oversee the Nauticus Museum, the U.S.S. Battleship Wisconsin, and the Half Moon Cruise and Celebration Center. Nauticus has a talented staff of 51 full-time employees, and an operating budget of approximately $6 million. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated track record of success with "commanding leadership," adept at fund raising, financial management, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications: Five years of executive level experience is mandatory. An advanced degree is desired. Having a passion for U.S. Naval and Maritime History is a plus.
