DESCRIPTION: Requires graduation from an accredited college or
university with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information
systems, or closely related field with four years or more of current,
progressively responsible related experience in systems analysis, systems
design, systems development and programming experience including at least two
years of supervisory or lead experience. Knowledge of local government service
management practices and procedures is desirable; Working knowledge of SQL
Server, stored procedures, triggers and alerts; Working knowledge of Crystal
Reports or similar report writing tools, SQL, Visual Basic and Access desired;
Experience with Hansen and/or HTE local government application packages are
desired; Demonstrated ability to work effectively and communicate with
non-technical staff and users; Proven ability to manage project plans and
budgets. Must have hands-on experience developing and maintaining Internet and
