Salary range: $44,000 - $62,000 annual DOQ

DESCRIPTION:  Work in a collaborative, team environment to support the growth and quality of life of this rural- to-urban region. Be responsible for a wide variety of community development projects and programs, including city planning services, comprehensive plan and ordinance development, data research, analysis and report writing. Work with local government staff, committees, planning commissions, elected officials and the public. Assist with work program development, budgets and grants. Technical and public relations skills a must. Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starters encouraged to apply. We're close to rivers, mountains, coast, and Portland, OR. Position and salary depend on qualifications. Associate - bachelor's degree in planning, community development, geography or related subject with two years of relevant experience. Senior - master's degree in same subjects and three years of relevant experience, or bachelor degree in those areas plus four years of relevant experience.
